I can't believe it has been almost a month since my last post. A lot has happened.
I made a new necklace. I have kept the grandkids overnight. I have had 2 or 3 doctors appointments. Mother's Day.....got some neat gifts too! Anniversary Sunday at church.
New members in church. Fellowship Week at BBC. Bringing Rachael home from BBC. Keeping the granddaughters again. A wedding rehearsal and wedding at the church. SNO every Friday night. Those senior citizens sure keep late hours. A Mother-Daughter banquet. Guest speakers at church!
Tomorrow Jesse has a talent show at school. I am going to try to go. Mike also has a nutrition appointment for his diabetis. I had wanted to go to that, but Jesse is more important. Then Collin is staying the night while Nico has a MRI or CT on Wed. am.
Finally, sometime this week I have got to find some Art or Craft shows to do. Need the money honey!
I am hoping my blog will be a blessing not only to me, but to others as well. I hope to blog about my faith in God, my jewelry, and even include blogs from others that I feel will be beneficial to you.

About me
The following is a list of diagnosis and why I am on disability. I debated for 6 months whether or not to file. I finally decided that if God wants me to have it, I will be approved. If He doesn't want me to be on disability, it would be denied. However, if I didn't apply, I couldn't have a chance to be approved.
After 4 months I was approved. No denial. No doctor visit. Pay was made retroactive. I should receive my first monthly check next week.
I am excited this has happened and a little sad too. I will keep doing whatever I can physically. I have had to give up a lot already and don't want to give up any more!
I can't bend without pain, can't go outside without coverup, must wear a headcovering (I am mostly bald), I must sit to hold my grandkids. I can't stand or walk more than 20 minutes without pain. After sitting a while my feet and ankles swell till they hurt.
I am anxiously awaiting State Fair time. Mom and I will rent hoverounds and go to the fair! We had a blast last year. For 5 hours!
Alopecia, Lupus, Asthma, Restrictive Lung disease, Rosacea, Rhumatoid Arthritis, Osteo Arthritis, Sleep Apnea, Runner's Knee, Reynaulds, High BP, Chronic Sinusitis, GERD, Degernerative Disk, Bulging Disks, Torn Disk, bone spurs on spine and feet. Oh, a benign tumor in my right lung.
I take about 8 pills in the am, 5 at nite, infusion once a month, and a few meds in between as needed. I have had a Port put in to make the infusions and blood tests easier as I have very small veins.
I got a new "cranial prosthesis" with my disability money. The wig takes a little getting used to for me, but I like it.

Busy Week
This has been a very busy week. It will be all over tomorrow evening. Sunday night is the beginning of our weekend. Monday night is the end of it.
The week started off ok with a trip to the YMCA for aquatics, but went downhill after that.
Wednesday a friend called on her way home from work stuttering like crazy. I took her to the hospital after church, she wouldn't go any earlier.
Then, because of that I didn't finish my taxes on time. Good thing we are getting a refund. Oklahoma's taxes aren't due until next month due to all the wildfires last week.
Well, I finished taxes on Thursday. But only after I had to hustle and get the house cleaned. The landlord wanted to show it all of to his sons in from NY. Oh, my aching back!
Friday we had a lady in our church get a diskogram (?). It is a very painful test in the disks of her back. It turned out not as bad as expected. Then it was SNO night. Those seniors keep us out really late! We had fun with grilled cheese sandwiches and games. We usually don't get home until 11 pm. Not bad for a bunch of old folks. But I had spent 2 days up at the hospital already.
Well, it is now Saturday night. We had a pizza party and played catch phrase with the young adults tonight. The Home Builders class. Had a lot of fun. Got to see both my boys and 3 of my grandkids.
I am doing laundry, blogging, practicing for a solo tomorrow, and wishing I was in bed asleep!

Peridot Bracelet..part 2
I made a simple pair of earrings to go along with the bracelet below. Ginny loved them both. She is giving this set to her daughter. She is also requesting more jewelry made for her in OU colors...crimsom and cream. That ought to be fun! I can do a custom order for you too!

Ronnie Warren Concert
This was an awesome concert! Ronnie Warren played 7 different instruments and sang. Not all at once of course. I have a video of him playing the saw, but it is turned sideways and I can't figure out how to make it right. Maybe Ben will show me.
Here is Ronnie Warren on the harmonica.
